Huatao's MeshNonwoven Fabric is a high-performance material characterized by its regular, well-defined three-dimensional mesh pattern on the surface. This distinct texture is not merely printed on but is permanently integrated into the fabric during our proprietary manufacturing process.

Base Material: We utilize 100% pure natural fibers (like cotton, viscose, polyester), biodegradable viscose, or their blends to create a soft, strong, and absorbent base substrate.

Advanced Manufacturing: The fibrous web is first consolidated using high-pressure water jets (hydroentanglement), creating a strong, lint-free fabric. It is then passed through a precision embossing system, where a specialized mesh-patterned roller imprints the durable and consistent aperture pattern onto the surface.

Our Features: The result is a fabric that is exceptionally soft, highly absorbent, and remarkably strong, both in dry and wet states. The uniform mesh design creates tiny channels that significantly enhance its functional capabilities.
