Huatao's Pearl Pattern Spunlace Nonwoven is a high-end variant of our classic spunlace fabric, distinguished by its raised, regular pearl or dot-like embossed pattern on the surface.

Base Material: We start with a premium substrate of 100% natural cotton, viscose, or their gentle blends, ensuring inherent softness, high absorbency, and purity.

Advanced Manufacturing: The fibrous web is first consolidated using high-pressure water jets, creating a strong, lint-free, and plush base. It is then calendered through a precision embossing roller engraved with a delicate pearl (or "Quilted") pattern. This process permanently imprints the beautiful three-dimensional texture without compromising the fabric's integrity.

Our Features: The result is a fabric that is remarkably thick, soft, and cloth-like. The pearl pattern not only enhances aesthetics but also significantly improves the fabric's functional properties by creating countless tiny air cushions and fluid channels.
